BookEnds Welcomes MainStreet Warner, Inc!!!

MainStreet BookEnds of Warner is proud to welcome a new community spirited non-profit to Warner...a non-profit that will be housed under the MainStreet BookEnds Roof! MainStreet Warner, Inc is a federally approved, tax exempt, not for profit organization. The MainStreet Warner Foundation will be focusing on the needs of the greater Warner community. Some of the goals of MainStreet Warner, Inc include, but are not limited to:

MainStreet Warner, Inc will be operating under the same roof as MainStreet BookEnds of Warner. You will be hearing a great deal more about MainStreet Warner, Inc. as some of the foundation's initial programs are developed and publicized. As one of it's goals, MainStreet Warner, Inc encourages you to shop at your locally owned businesses. Your support of these small, family operated businesses helps them survive and thrive, maintaining a way of life we all appreciate and value.

On August 13, 2002, The Internal Revenue Service of the U.S. Department of the Treasury designated MainStreet Warner, Inc as being exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (a) of the Internal revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c) (3).

Donors may deduct contributions to MainStreet Warner, Inc. only to the extent that their contributions are gifts, with no consideration received, as provided in section 170 of the Internal revenue Code. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers, or gifts to MainStreet Warner, Inc are deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes.
