local author Dana Biscotti Myskowski,
screenwriter and Lyme survivor.
Sick with a disease that doesn’t officially exist, a state director for a U.S. Senator struggles to make sense of her boss’ suicide as she investigates the suspicious activities of the state’s other U.S. Senator and his sidekick, a nefarious rheumatologist—all while her best friend helps her manage her new and confusing symptoms of chronic Lyme. When she begins to suspect that her home, workplace, and car are littered with listening devices installed by some evildoer, she wonders if she’s crazy. After all, her best friend seems to think she is.
Dana Biscotti Myskowski
After surviving several bouts of Lyme and related co-infections, award-winning screenwriter and Emmy-nominated producer Dana Biscotti Myskowski has found that her illness has introduced her to what's most important in life: family, friends, reading, writing, and meditation. A mom to two fabulous young adults, and married to her true love for 30-plus years, Dana finds herself caring for retired loved ones who now live with her and her husband, herding three dogs, writing, cooking, and designing a new home that will accommodate her newly extended family on land she and her husband purchased in Warner, NH.
